So naturally we are thrilled to host West Seattle dietician Michelle Babb as she launches her latest book Anti-Inflammatory Eating for a Happy, Healthy Brain: 75 Recipes for Alleviating Depression, Anxiety, and Memory Loss.
Michelle will be here from 2-4pm Saturday November 5th to share delicious snacks and sign copies. This is more than just a cookbook: she first shares the science behind the mind-gut connection, then gives practical advice on how to stock the pantry so you'll have the right foods on hand. The recipes that follow are straightforward and delicious.
Based in Seattle, Michelle Babb, MS, RD, CD, is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition from Bastyr University. Her expertise in functional medicine helps her to empower clients to heal themselves by changing their relationship with food. Her previous cookbook, Anti-Inflammatory Eating Made Easy, has been a staff and customer favorite at Click! since its launch two years ago.
