I'm buying a gift, can you ship it right to my __________?

Yes! We'd love to ship your gift right to the recipient. Just make sure to enter the correct shipping and billing addresses at checkout.

 

Can I use a gift card purchased in store on your website?

At this time, our gift cards are only redeemable in store or over the phone. Give us a ring at 206.328.9252 to let us know what you're interested in and we'll get it shipped right out!


I'd like to pick up my order in store, is that ok?

Of course. Just select "in-store pick-up" during checkout and we will have it here waiting for you.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Web orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days.

Transit time via UPS or USPS typically takes 3-5 business days. All items ship from our Seattle storefront. 

If an item is not in stock it will either ship or be refunded within two weeks. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.

At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

We're unable to accept custom or made-to-order products (including rings), greeting cards, personal care items or gift cards.

Please email us for a return approval at hello@clickdesignthatfits.com with your order number and information on the pieces you wish to exchange.

Items returned without a prior approval will not be accepted. 

No exchanges on sale items, items purchased using a discount code, or during sale periods. They are final sales, but you totally already knew that, right?

Shipping is non-refundable. We are only responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges for incorrect shipment.
