I'm buying a gift, can you ship it right to my __________?
Yes! We'd love to ship your gift right to the recipient. Just make sure to enter the correct shipping and billing addresses at checkout.
Can I use a gift card purchased in store on your website?
At this time, our gift cards are only redeemable in store or over the phone. Give us a ring at 206.328.9252 to let us know what you're interested in and we'll get it shipped right out!
I'd like to pick up my order in store, is that ok?
Of course. Just select "in-store pick-up" during checkout and we will have it here waiting for you.
Web orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days.
Transit time via UPS or USPS typically takes 3-5 business days. All items ship from our Seattle storefront.
If an item is not in stock it will either ship or be refunded within two weeks. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.
At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR WEB ORDERS
We’re happy to offer a refund or an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory with the exception of: custom orders (including rings), gift cards, apothecary, skin care, original artwork, electronics, books, or workshops.
For returns or exchanges, you will need to get a return authorization from us before sending back any goods. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the nature of the return.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returns received more than 30 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.
Items returned without a prior approval will not be accepted. We are unable to accept web returns in the store.
Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition in their original packaging.
No exchanges or refunds given on sale items, items purchased using a discount code, or during sale periods. They are final sales, but you totally already knew that, right?
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to process refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
Shipping is non-refundable. We are only responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges for incorrect shipment.
