New at Click!, plus some old favorites

As is typical a few weeks after the trade shows, we’ve been seeing a lot of our favorite UPS driver lately. One of the new favorites in the store is the “Blackberry” tray from Red Vanilla. White porcelain, hand painted with a pattern that pairs nicely with the Modern Twist “Tree of Us” coasters (that’s what we call Design That Fits).

The tray measures 8″ x 19.5″, and is only $34. Astute observers will notice in the background a product we haven’t had in the store for a while: the wine butler, which is a Swiss-Army-Knife-like multi-tool perfect for the wine lover.

Another new arrival is this sweet furniture from InModern. Check out the end tables, paired with some sweet ceramics (and a Woolyhoodwink):

and the coffee table (could be a great kids table), stacked with an InModern stool and a several QueenBee bags and wallets:

Again with the background: check out the Bike Parking sign, $36, new from FluffyCo.

urbancase preview TONIGHT

Remember that beautiful credenza by urbancase that we had upstairs at Click?

Before they head to NY and the ICFF show, the urbancase designers will unveil their new line of contemporary furniture, lighting, and home accessories tonight at Cairo Gallery. The preview is from 7 to 9pm and the gallery is located at 507 East Mercer at the corner of Summit and Mercer on Capitol Hill. John and I will boogie out of Click! promptly at 7 this evening. Hope to see you there!

Wood lamps from La Vida Verde

These hanging lamps are made in Costa Rica by artisan Hennig Dyes from sustainably harvested plantation pine. There are two sizes and they come complete with wiring for either temporary (plug/switch) or permanent (“hard-wired”) installation. But the best thing is how warm and cozy the light is… even the cool light of a compact florescent bulb is warmed to a very pleasant glow. Small (pictured) $120, large $205.
